ISMAP-Compatible Private Cloud Deployment Plan

• We will build a private environment in a dedicated sub-account for the customer on AWS and install Kuroco.
• On AWS, we use Fargate / Aurora / EFS / ElastiCache / S3, etc., for a multi-AZ deployment.
• Multi-region support and implementation of specific security services will be quoted separately.
• For installation, after configuring some settings in the dashboard, we primarily use CDK for the deployment.
• The license is based on an annual contract.
• Fastly is not ISMAP-compliant, but since it is a CDN, there are generally no security issues when building an ISMAP-compliant service.
  However, a separate application may be required.
• If Fastly cannot be used, some features like caching and image optimization will be restricted.
  We are developing an alternative using Cloudfront.
• The log search screen that depends on BigQuery will not be available. Logs will need to be checked using CloudWatch CLI, etc.
  We are developing a log search screen that works with CloudWatch.

If Diverta provides the infrastructure

• When Fastly can be used:

  • Maintenance cost (including license): From ¥473,000/month (quoted based on number of domains used)
  • Installation fee: Included in the maintenance cost
  • Usage-based fee: Same as the public cloud version *Fixed-rate contracts are recommended
  • Limitations compared to the public cloud version: Log search screen that depends on BigQuery is unavailable

• When Fastly cannot be used:

  • Maintenance cost (including license): From ¥473,000/month (quoted based on number of domains used)
  • Installation fee: Included in the maintenance cost
  • Usage-based fee: Same as the public cloud version *Fixed-rate contracts are recommended
  • Limitations compared to the public cloud version: Log search screen that depends on BigQuery is unavailable, functions dependent on Fastly, such as API caching and image optimization, are not available

If the customer provides the infrastructure

Kuroco will be installed in the environment (sub-account usage recommended) within the AWS account contracted by the customer.

• When Fastly can be used:

  • Maintenance cost (including license): From ¥550,000/month (quoted based on number of domains used)
  • Installation fee: From ¥2,200,000 (quoted based on build content and requirements)
  • Usage-based fee: Only API and data transfer charges
  • Limitations compared to the public cloud version: Log search screen that depends on BigQuery is unavailable

• When Fastly cannot be used:

  • Maintenance cost (including license): From ¥550,000/month (quoted based on number of domains used)
  • Installation fee: From ¥2,200,000 (quoted based on build content and requirements)
  • Usage-based fee: None
  • Limitations compared to the public cloud version: Log search screen that depends on BigQuery is unavailable, functions dependent on Fastly, such as API caching and image optimization, are not available
